Charlene “Cholly-Will” Williams
Charlene was born to parents Clifton and Orelia Martin on July 29, 1949 in Beaumont, Texas. Charlene was a First Class Welder employed with Bethlehem Steel and Brown & Root/Lubrizol. She was also a foster parent for Texas Mentors for over 20 years. She enjoyed having fun with family and making them laugh. From this her daughter (Wanda D. Castille) birthed the concept of event planning.
Charming Cholly Events is a company that specializes in weddings, social occasions, birthday parties, special events and rentals. We utilize new ideas to create your events for you personally and professionally while maximizing your event result.

​​In 2021, Charming Cholly Events expanded the one stop shop service to include Yard Cards to help celebrate any of your occasions. We have many themes, colors and different size to let everyone know we are celebrating an event.

I have always had a passion for arts & crafts, whether i was doing something for myself, classroom mom, cheer mom, church event coordinator, or just changing up the house with different designs. My mother said, "One day God is going to bless you to have you own business", and here we are years later creating the vision that God placed before me. I am passionate about putting smiles on other faces, and making dreams come true. God continues to bless me with a great vision to help others in need. I want to create a One Stop Shop where you are about to get all your party and event needs at one location.
